CHAPTER 2.64 - ACCESSIBILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE#

Editor's note— Ord. No. 911B, § 8(Exh. A), adopted April 26, 2016, repealed Ch. 2.64 in its entirety and enacted a new Ch. 2.64 to read as set out herein. Former Ch. 2.64, §§ 2.64.010—2.64.070, pertained to traffic safety commission and derived from Ord. 309B §§ 1—4, adopted in 1976.

2.64.010 - Established.#

The accessibility advisory committee ("committee") is established.

2.64.020 - Function—Objective.#

The committee shall be an advisory body to the city council on policy issues related to accessibility issues for persons with disabilities, including, without limitations, topics arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

2.64.030 - Composition.#

The committee shall consist of three members appointed pursuant to Chapter 2.50.
