Chapter 8.12 - Weed and Rubbish Abatement#

8.12.010 - State provisions to govern.#

Weed and rubbish abatement in the city shall be performed pursuant to the provisions of Title 4, Division 3, Part 2, Chapter 13, Article 2 of the Government Code (sections 39560 et seq.), except as modified by this chapter.

8.12.020 - Performance of street superintendent or city clerk duties.#

Any duties imposed upon the street superintendent or city clerk by the Government Code sections mentioned in Section 8.12.010 may, in the alternative, be performed by the fire chief, his assistants, deputies or designees.
