8.16.010 - Fence required.#
When a junkyard, automobile wrecking yard or unsightly storage yard is located within the city limits, it shall have a fence surrounding it having a minimum height of eight feet above the ground§. When necessary due to peculiar topography or other considerations, all fences shall be of sufficient height to totally hide from the view all wrecked or partly wrecked cars, junk or scrap material and all debris and trash of every description and nature.

8.16.020 - Violation—Misdemeanor.#
Every person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
