9.24.010 - Hours of curfew designated.
It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to loiter, idle or remain in or on any public place, street or alley of the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and daylight of the following day, unless accompanied by his parent or guardian or unless proceeding directly to or from his place of employment, a recreational, social or other specific function, place or activity, or when required by an emergency.

9.24.020 - Violation—Infraction.
Violation of this chapter constitutes an infraction punishable in the manner prescribed by law.
