Chapter 10.48 - Parking Meters#

10.48.010 - Parking meter zones.#

The city council may by resolution establish parking meter zones upon those streets or parts of streets or upon those municipal parking lots where it is determined that the installation of parking meters is required to regulate parking. Within such zones, the parking of vehicles shall be regulated by parking meters between the hours specified by resolution of the council.
