10.68.010 - Infractions—Misdemeanors.#

Any person violating any provision of this division is guilty of an infraction or misdemeanor as set forth in Division 17, Chapter 1, Article 1 (commencing with section 40000.1) of the Vehicle Code.

10.68.020 - Penalty.#

Upon conviction of a violation of this division, a penalty shall be imposed as set forth in Division 18, Chapter 1, Article 1 (commencing with section 42000) of the Vehicle Code.
