The allowed number of dwelling units shall also be based on the number of bedrooms in each unit. The maximum number of multifamily dwelling units on a multifamily zoned site shall be calculated by multiplying the total site area by the number of units allowed in the zoning district, then divide by the desired equivalent number of dwelling units.

Within the C1, C2, CPD, MU, RS, RM zoning districts, the allowed number of dwelling units shall also be based on the number of bedrooms in each unit, as shown in the table below.
