The permit application shall include site drainage patterns, animal waste management plans, and nuisance mitigation measures where site is in residential zone with min lot size <=1 acre.

Permits are required as set forth in subsection (F) of this section for specific types of animals, or as may be required by this chapter for buildings or structures for animals.
From the ordinance
The raising or keeping of animals as either an incidental or principal land use shall only take place in compliance with the requirements of this section, regardless of whether a land use permit is required.
