Any person desiring to establish a temporary use shall submit an application for a temporary use permit to the Zoning Administrator at least ten (10) business days prior to the date the permit is to take effect.

The Zoning Administrator may require a $500.00 cash bond to ensure removal of all structures, trash, debris and signs associated with a temporary use.
