Use
- Permitted uses principle
It is the intent of this Zoning Ordinance to permit any use, not otherwise illegal, to be located in a specified zoning district, either as a permitted use or a special exception use.
- Special exception requirement
No special exception use, as designated within this Zoning Ordinance, shall hereafter be established unless such use has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the procedures of Sec. 3.4.
