- Evergreen shrub requirement
At least half of the shrubs shall be evergreen. All shrubs shall be a minimum of 24-inches in height at the time of planting.

In order to provide enhanced screening adjacent to public roads the perimeter parking lot landscaping area as well as the number of shrubs required by TLZO Sec. 12.5 shall be increased by 50% except where otherwise prohibited by existing easements on the site.
