- Hours of operation
The hours of operation shall be limited to daylight hours, provided, however, night operations up to 9:00 p.m. may be permitted for Christmas tree sales in nonresidential districts with a lighting plan approved by the Zoning Administrator.
Adequate provision must be made for off-street parking and safe ingress and egress.

One temporary sign may be permitted in accordance with this Zoning Ordinance.
