- Maximum duration10 days
A temporary use permit for such activities shall be issued for not more than ten (10) consecutive days, in any six (6) month period.
- Hours of operation
Such activities are permitted only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight.
- Illumination
Night operations shall be permitted only if there is a lighting plan approved by the Zoning Administrator which provides for safe lighting without excessive glare into residential areas or onto public streets.
- Signs
One temporary on-site sign, advertising the activity and two on-site directional signs for ingress and egress may be permitted in accordance with this Zoning Ordinance.
