  • Hours of operation

    Mobile food units may operate only during the same hours of operation of the principal use of the property where located.

  • Liquid waste

    No liquid wastes used in the operation of the mobile food unit shall be discharged from the mobile food unit except into an approved sewerage system as permitted by law.

  • Maximum units per lot

    No more than one mobile food unit is allowed on a lot having a minimum area of 8,500 square feet. On lots having more than 8,500 square feet in area, one mobile food unit is allowed per every 8,500 square feet of lot area.
