Guest Houses shall not be used to establish permanent residency on the property. A Guest House may not be rented, operated for gain, or otherwise used as a separate dwelling.

A Guest House shall not be separately metered from the Principal Dwelling for Town water service.

The approval of a Guest House is subject to the review and approval of a one-time Zoning Permit.
