- Collection Schedule
Collection of donated items shall occur on a bi-weekly basis, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Zoning Administrator.
- Maintenance
Donation boxes shall be maintained in good repair; property owner responsible for ensuring all items are within container.

The footprint of individual containers shall be limited to no more than twenty (20) square feet.
The height of individual containers shall not exceed six (6) feet in height.
Donation boxes are not permitted in public rights-of-way, required front or side yards, within 20 feet from right-of-way, required parking spaces, landscape areas, open space, buffer yards, pedestrian paths, vehicular access, sight distance areas, or areas restricted by USBC and Fire Code.
