    Mobile food units may not occupy parking spaces necessary to meet the minimum parking requirement for the principal use.

Mobile food units on private property: lot must have minimum 8,500 sq ft and contain principal non-residential/commercial building. One unit per 8,500 sq ft. Must be removed when not in operation. Setback at least 5 feet from edge of driveway or public street.
