  Farmland or areas devoid of woody material;

• Exclusion from tree canopy for floodplains

  Floodplains and preserved wetlands;

• Exclusion from tree canopy for lakes and retention ponds

  Lakes and retention ponds, based on the normal water surface elevation, and swimming pools.

• Exclusion from tree canopy for law enforcement agencies

  Law Enforcement Agencies.

• Exclusion from tree canopy for playing fields

  Playing fields and other non-wooded recreation areas;

• Exclusion from tree canopy for right-of-way

  Dedicated right-of-way-streets; and
