Parking

  • Payment in lieu allowed

    Rather than providing the required off-street parking on-site due to a change of use, expansion of an existing use or new construction, developers of land within the H-1 Overlay District may provide a portion or all of such parking by means of a payment to the town's parking fund.

  • Payment in lieu residential prohibition

    NOTE: This option is not available for residential uses or structures except as provided below.
