No front yard paved surface used for parking shall exceed thirty-five percent (35%) of the size of the front yard of the lot. This provision shall not apply to (1) any lot improved with a single-family attached dwelling; or (2) any lot with an existing lot width of forty-five (45) feet or less; or (3) any lot in the H-1 Overlay, Old and Historic District.
