Any lighting used to illuminate off-street parking and loading areas shall be arranged, installed and maintained in order to deflect, shade and focus lights away from adjacent public or private properties.

Modifications to installed lighting may be required by the Zoning Administrator upon determination that the lighting constitutes a hazard or a nuisance.
