Parking

    When lighted, off-street parking and loading areas shall be lighted so as to prevent glare or illumination exceeding maximum allowable levels on adjacent land.

  • Parking markings required

    Each required off-street parking space and off-street parking facility must be identified by surface markings.

  • Parking surface material

    All off-street parking and loading areas shall be surfaced with asphalt, concrete, brick, stone pavers, aligned concrete strips, or an equivalent material.

  • Off-street parking and loading areas shall provide curbs, motor vehicle stops, or similar devices at a minimum distance of two feet.
