- Shrub placement requirements
Required shrubs shall be placed around the building perimeter, a minimum of three feet from the building, with emphasis on the building foundation visible from the public right-of-way; may be planted up to 15 feet from the building if sidewalk between; at least one-half of required shrubs shall be evergreen.

Trees serving as site landscaping shall be dispersed across a site in accordance with good planting practice.

Site landscaping shall be required for all development including free-standing ATMs, Ice Dispensers, coffee kiosks, and similar uses, and parking structures, except single-family detached dwellings, two-family dwellings, and development in Downtown D1 sub-districts T4, T5, T6 if building façade is less than 5 feet from property line.
