- Landscaping installation timing
All required landscaping (including mulching) shall be installed in accordance with the required planting standards set forth in this section prior to issuance of a permanent or non-temporary Certificate of Occupancy unless the Zoning Administrator grants an extension.
- Maintenance responsibility
The owner shall be responsible for the maintenance of all landscape areas. Such areas shall be maintained in a healthy and orderly appearance free from refuse and debris. All plant material shown on an approved landscape plan shall be replaced if it dies, is seriously damaged, or removed.
