The minimum area of a parcel proposed for development as a CDD Landfill must be 20 acres. No disposal unit (disposal cell) or leachate storage unit shall be located within fifty feet of the lot line on which the landfill is located; or two hundred feet of a lot line of any educational facility, health care facility or religious institution.
