From the ordinance
No heavy truck, trailer, other major recreational equipment shall be parked or stored for longer than four days over any calendar year in any front yard or side yard immediately adjacent to a street, unless the width of the side yard is less than 11 feet. Only one such vehicle described by this section shall be parked on a lot in the NR, GR, UR, UR-M, HR, HLO, or HLB zoning districts at any one time.
