  The use shall be conducted entirely by the occupants thereof and no person who is not a resident of the principal dwelling shall be employed.

• No outdoor display or storage

  The property contains no outdoor display or storage of goods, equipment, or services.

• No retail sales on premises

  Any wholesale or retail sales of goods shall be either electronic or offsite. No wholesale or retail sales of goods shall occur on the premises.
