- All parcels and lots which are located within the MZ districtZoning districtA mapped area with one set of rules, identified by a code like R-1 or B-2. shall be so designated on the official zoning map(s) of Stafford County, along with the underlying zoning designation.
From the ordinance
Areas of the county which are to be included in the Military [Facility] Impact Overlay (MZ) District shall be designated by separate ordinance by the board of supervisors, pursuant to Article XII of this chapter.
