    Under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, all properties open to the public must be accessible to the disabled.

  • Archaeological study required for excavation

    Any excavation, including grading, shall require archaeological study, conducted according to the Virginia Department of Historic Resources Survey Guidelines.
