- Initial review notification period60 days
Such notification shall be provided within sixty (60) days of receipt of all final documents in the department of planning and zoning, unless abnormal or unusual circumstances exist, in which case the agent may extend the time.
- Subsequent review notification period45 days
Notification for all subsequent reviews shall occur within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the resubmittal.
