- Plan approval expiration5 years
Approval by the agent of any plan of development submitted under the provisions of this article shall expire five (5) years from the date of such approval by the agent unless the permit to commence construction of such plan has been issued.

Any plan of development application filed within the department of planning and zoning shall be approved or disapproved within eighteen (18) months of the filing of the application on forms required by the department with all appropriate fees paid.
