Lighting
- Lighting required for major site plans
For any new construction or addition requiring a major site plan, the developer shall provide lighting in accordance with section 28-87 of this chapter to adequately light the parking areas, as well as illuminate the entrance onto public streets and any walkways bordering the parking areas.
- Lighting must be shielded from residential uses
Such lighting shall be located, screened or shielded so that adjacent residential uses are not directly illuminated.

- Connection to central water/sewer required when available
When central water and/or sewer systems having sufficient capacity either exist or are proposed within a reasonable distance of the area of the site development plan, provisions shall be made to connect to the system.
