No person shall park or stop in an on-street parking space designated for the exclusive use of vehicles which display a distinguishing license plate or placard for disabled persons or disabled veteran
From the ordinance
No person shall park or stop in an on-street parking space designated for the exclusive use of vehicles which display a distinguishing license plate or placard for disabled persons or disabled veteran issued pursuant to Section 22511.5 of the Vehicle Code, when such parking space is designated by blue paint on the curb or edge of the paved portion of the street adjacent to the space unless such person displays the distinguishing license plate or placard.
