Parking

No person shall park or stand a vehicle in an off-street parking facility, whether public or private which contains parking stalls or spaces for the exclusive use of vehicles which display a distinguishing license plate or a placard

From the ordinance
No person shall park or stand a vehicle in an off-street parking facility, whether public or private which contains parking stalls or spaces for the exclusive use of vehicles which display a distinguishing license plate or a placard issued pursuant to Section 22511.5 of the Vehicle Code, or of disabled veterans as specified in Section 9105 of the Vehicle Code, unless the vehicle either displays such a distinguishing license plate or a placard issued for disabled person or disabled veteran pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 22511.5.
