- Appeal of conditions of approval
The conditions of approval may be appealed as provided in Chapter 20.208 (Appeals), Section 20.208.015.
- Environmental review required for significant impacts
If, after review of the Environmental Review Checklist, it is determined that the development project may have a significant adverse environmental impact then the applicant shall be subject to Section 20.188.025.
- Industrial development review required
Projects subject to development review shall be those projects, located in an industrial zone and identified in Appendix A or B.
- No work before approval
No work shall be commenced nor any building occupied, until the industrial development project has received approval pursuant to this Chapter, except as specified in Section 20.188.060.

At the discretion of the Zoning Administrator, permits may be authorized for preliminary grading and excavating; or foundation work.

Projects subject to development review shall be those projects, located in an industrial zone and identified in Appendix A which are found to require further review due to the specific nature of the proposed activity; or identified in Appendix B which require mitigation of negative environmental impacts identified in the Environmental Checklist.
