Off-site temporary signs shall be designed to ensure that the sign faces are securely fastened to the supporting structure, and the supporting structure is securely fastened to the ground.

  Temporary (visible for less than ninety (90) days) signs may be constructed, placed and maintained in any location upon the granting of an Administrative Permit in accordance with Chapter 20.192 (Administrative Permits).
