Chapter 3 of the Olsen-South Chandler Specific Plan is a form-based zoning code that includes a regulating plan and detailed regulations for development of properties within the area covered by this specific plan. This regulating plan map supersedes the zoning map, which was amended to delete all zoning districts, base and overlay, that predated adoption of this specific plan.
