Where the side or rear property line abuts a property in the R-1 zoning district, the abutting setback (either rear or side) shall be twenty feet for buildings taller than two stories. A minimum five-foot-wide landscape buffer shall be provided adjacent to an R-1 zoning district. Evergreen screening trees shall be planted at a minimum interval of fifteen feet along interior property lines abutting an R-1 zoning district.
