The minimum lot size shall be five thousand square feet. A minimum three-hundred-foot setback is required from a highway or from frontage roads adjacent to highways. ... A minimum of twenty-five feet of landscaped setback shall be required for projects that abut a collector, arterial, highway, highway frontage road, or residentially zoned property. A minimum of fifteen feet of landscaped setback shall be required for all other streets less significant than a collector.
