The purpose of the B-2 Business District is to provide lands primarily for community shopping, recreational, and service activities generally serving a community of several neighborhoods and appropriately located on major collector or arterial roadways. Allowed uses include: Offices; Retail uses; Drive-thru and specialty restaurants; Automotive filling stations; and Live/Work dwellings.
