    No primary nonresidential use may be commenced in any semi-rural residential district except upon approval of a site plan.

Setback

From the ordinance

The minimum lot size shall be one acre; one dwelling unit per lot shall be allowed. The minimum lot width shall be 100 feet. The maximum lot coverage shall be 25 percent. All buildings shall be setback a minimum of 35 feet from the front property line.
