  • Any building located on a lot that abuts property zoned or used for residential purposes may be constructed to a maximum height of thirty-five (35) feet.

  • Maximum outside display area10 pct

    The aggregate area used for the outside storage and display of merchandise shall not exceed ten (10) percent of the gross floor area of the principal retail building or 20,000 square feet, whichever is less.

    There shall be no limitation on the number of principal buildings constructed on a B-2 site.

Minimum lot size: If lot is served by an approved public sewer system, no minimum lot size. All others, 15,000 square feet. Principal building setback: from streets 35 feet; from residential side 20 feet, rear 30 feet. Maximum lot coverage 30%. Maximum height 75 feet.
