In addition to the general standard set forth in subsection (a), above, a motor vehicle or trailer painting and body repair establishment in the Light Industrial District (I-1) or the Heavy Industrial District (I-2) shall be subject to the following requirements: (1) The lot area shall contain a minimum of twenty thousand (20,000) square feet; (2) The outdoor storage area shall be accessory to a building on the same lot and shall have a maximum area of no greater than eighty (80) percent of the gross floor area of the building.
