Chapter 8.24 - Screening and Appeals#

8.24.010 - Screening required near Highway 65.#

Outside storage areas utilized in connection with a commercial or industrial use located within 150 feet of the centerline of State Highway 65 in the city must be completely screened by a solid wooden or masonry fence no less than six feet in height§. The design and location of such fence must be approved by the city administrator prior to the issuance of a building permit.

8.24.020 - Appeals.#

Any person or firm aggrieved by the action of the administrator may appeal such decision by filing, in writing, such appeal within ten days with the city clerk.

8.24.030 - Violation—Misdemeanor.#

Every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
