10.24.010 - Posting by traffic and safety engineer.#
Whenever the traffic and safety engineer designates any one-way street or alley, the traffic and safety engineer shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless such signs are in place. Signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movement shall be placed at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.

10.24.020 - Designation by traffic and safety engineer.#
The traffic and safety engineer may at any time when traffic conditions warrant, close any public street or portion thereof to traffic in one direction and direct that any vehicle shall travel only in one direction on or over such street.
