12.08.010 - Prohibited elsewhere than driveway without permit.#
No person shall operate a vehicle across or upon a sidewalk for the purpose of ingress and egress to property at other than a permanent driveway unless he has obtained a temporary driveway permit from the city engineer.§

12.08.020 - Temporary driveway permit—Issuance standard.#
The city engineer shall issue a temporary driveway permit if he finds that the affected sidewalk area will be protected by wooden planks a minimum of two inches thick.§
