- Corner/through lot conditions
For corner or through lots an attached private garage is permitted if the vehicle opening faces a secondary front yard and the garage wall is no closer to the front property line than the front building wall facing the primary front yard.
- Interior lot conditions for front-facing garage
For interior lots an attached garage is permitted if it complies with: (a) 50% of developed lots have attached garages with front-facing openings; (b) width of opening <33% of dwelling width; (c) front wall set back at least 8 ft from front building wall; (d) opening at least 18.5 ft from sidewalk or 20 ft from property line.
