The off-street parking requirements of section 8-200(A) shall not apply to those properties located immediately abutting the Potomac River, south of Third Street to and including Jones Point Park, and that area immediately west of North Union Street at Pendleton and Oronoco Streets as shown in the map incorporated in this ordinance entitled 'Federal Waterfront Settlement Restricted Parking Area — September, 1984'
