From the ordinance
If any part of the TMP project is within 1,000 feet walking distance of a Metrorail station entrance or a BRT/fixed transit station entrance (station entrance), on a fully operational corridor, a 20 percent reduction from the base assessment rate will be applied. If the TMP project is within 1,500 feet of a station entrance, a 15 percent reduction from the base assessment rate will be applied.
