Maximum height for single-unit, two-unit, and multi-unit dwellings in the R-20, R-12, R-8, R-5, R-2-5, and single and two-unit dwellings in the RA and RB zones not including property located within the Old and Historic Alexandria and Parker-Gray Districts, subject to the following requirements: (1) Dwelling shall not exceed the height of the tallest dwelling within the contextual block face plus 20 percent. ... (2) Regardless of the height established by (1), above, the maximum height shall not exceed 35 feet.
